Rental Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the agreed delivery date and ends on the specified return date. All items must be returned on time using the provided method.

2. Shipping to you

The cost of shipping to you is included in the rental fee. We use Royal Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Your leotards will arrived on your rental start day. Your leotard(s) will arrived in a Scarlet and Rose garment bag to protect the leotard in transit to you and to your competition. The garment bag must be returned.

3. Returning to us

We will provide a return parcel bag for your convenience.
Returns must be via Royal Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm with compensation up to £1,000.
The cost is currently £17.25 (April 2026).
You can arrange this yourself or add our return shipping label to your order.
The label will be emailed to you a few days before it is needed.
It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is posted before the special delivery cut off times

4. Responsibility & Care

You accept full responsibility for the garment during the rental period. All items must be handled with care and worn only for their intended use.

5. Damage

Minor wear consistent with performance use is expected. However, you agree to cover the cost of any damage including (but not limited to):

Excessive missing or damaged crystals
Tears, burns, or fabric damage
Staining (fake tan, makeup, etc.)

Repair costs will be charged based on the extent of damage. Where damage is deemed irreparable, the full replacement value of the garment will be charged.

4. Loss or Non-Return

Failure to return the garment will result in a charge equal to the full replacement value. Each garment is valued individually, typically between £550 and £600 each depending on design and embellishment. This amount will be charged in the event of loss or irreparable damage.

5. Late Returns

We have provided a return parcel bag. We expect the leotards to be received by the Tuesday after your rental weekend. Late returns will be charged at £30 per day.
